Automatic Oiler Reservoirs need to be as vertical as possible. The under seat horizontal placement is probably not the best place for it.

I've got a 2010 STR with a 3-1 SC Project exhaust. I'm having some trouble with it, did you have a dip in torque at about 3800RPM? Yours sounds very good, with no backfiring. Did it backfire when you first put the exhaust on?

initially it had some backfire,but after installing the AFM unit it's very smooth. i suggest you get it too mate :)

Nice bike. Though I would not call it "heavily modded", it's more "very accessorized". The pipe and the AFM are the only real "mods". It would been nice to know how they affected the performance. Quit frankly I'd strip all the cell phone crap and chain oiler off it..just adds weight.
