The fact the judges said there were too many flowers for “DRIPPING in flowers” and too many balls for Rock M Sakuras ball extravaganza makes me so mad haha
I mean Rock M, Brita and Ayden were the true Bottom 3 of that episode but it should have been Ayden vs Brita. I think Rock's look was better tha both. Also when that episode didn't have Christal un the top I felt offended.

The hilarity of Trixie admitting her gingham bodysuit was from H&M and there was just a controversy on UKS2 with RuPaul reading a queen for a dress from H&M is just priceless to me.
The problem I think is that they wore it right off the rack and didn’t modify anything. I think it’s ok to use the clothes as a base, but if you don’t change it up, that’s not really drag. Right? Or at least it’s not to the level of top drag performer.
@@anonnyanonymous4800 well most drag queens are on a drag queen budget. So sometimes they have to wear off the rack, that doesn’t make them any less of a drag queen and it doesn’t make their drag invalid.
@@harryhealey4298 Of course not, but I guess they are given the chance to modify their clothes on the show. Or even if you buy off the rack, just jush it up a little. You can do that even with little money.
I remember specifically one ep of unhhh where she talked about how much she loved groceries and just being able to HAVE food and the amount of “I grew up with food insecurity” energy I got from that segment smacked me in the face SO HARD

It really is a Barbie dress and I think if it were a bright color, like pink (obvs) or yellow, it would be a no-brainer for Trixie. I agree, she looked amazing, I just think the hang up on her part is the black and it's much more "couture" and polished than her drag style really is.

I *loved* that look on her, especially with the poodle wig. It was a perfect combo and nice to see Trixie changing it up a bit. She looks great in black.

Your red look WAS the best of the season and I'm obsessed with your final look. I got super 1991 Holiday Barbie vibes from it. My sisters got them every year growing up.
My guess is they want the runway to still have a good flow without too many different looks that have no correlation. But in that case then don’t have a rudemption runway.
But she didn't buy it off the rack and then wear it on drag race, she always did something extra to it, which was Ru's point lol anyone can go on drag race with off the rack clothes but that's kind of boring ... And if it wasn't so beneficial to wig makers, and costume designers I would say that part is boring too lol

I like it too, it’s really kawaii but it does look cheap-ish compared to the other looks on that runway. I think what makes it look that way is that she glued a bunch of flowers on a jacket and that’s about it. Also let’s be real what put her in the bottom was the snatch game...

What upsets me the most is that while Kennedy is fierce af and deserved to fight for the crown, everyone gets hung up on Shangela being ousted. Shangela is also fierce, but conceptually and execution wise-even with her piñata rendition (it’s out there, google it)-Trixie would’ve still won. Hands down. And that’s what upsets me. That Trixie was denied the opportunity to truly show she “deserved” it. Since Rupaul himself says track records are barley factored once you reach the finale, I’m almost 99% sure Rupaul would’ve still crowned Trixie.
@@KaliCoriaCMWSOT I also feel like a lot of Shangela's runways were just costumes, nothing every really screamed fashion or Shangie. I was always in love with Trixie's runways because it was Trixie and her staple drag style. I still love Shangela and if she did win I wouldn't have been upset, but Trixie did deserve it too.
Bella Winchester yeah most of her runways relied on a gimmick or was just a replica of a celebrity. Her re-do was the massive hamster ball, her wigs in wigs was the plant thing, her flower was a re do of Beyoncé, her red one was lady Gaga and her would of been lip sync fir the crown look relied on the piñata.

Funny enough trixie runaways were never busted on her season. I dont ever remember the judges reading her looks down. So I'm thinking what did she have to rudeem. Everyone lived for her bearded runway. Her jetset was so campy and cute
