This song is one of the most somber, but sweetest I heard. When it played with that sentiment when Wash candidly spoke with Caboose (Season 11), it hit me hard
I'll be honest, I initially wasn't a fan of the instrumental stuff when this album first dropped. I wanted more songs similar to Roses and Ghosts. But after a few years of listening to more post-rock bands like Mogwai and Stereolab, that initial feeling changed. I'd be interested to hear if you guys did an album full of strictly instrumental material like this not related to RvB. You all certainly have a knack for it.
Always makes me think of wash and Carolina having a nice wholesome talk About how peaceful things are compared to project freelancer Something worth protecting
this has got to be one of the best song they have ever made its such a vibe. it feels like a somber end to some thing grate/some thing big and thats why i played this song while watching the fire works at the new year
You should really give 11-13 a try, Miles is a better storyteller than Burnie ever was. Also 9 and 10 are pretty cool. Everything after 13 is dog shit.
