Timing is of. I tune guitars so I can hear it. It isn't the song. Something not measured correctly in the speaker build. Seems the tweeter is offset and out timing. Unless he wanted it that way?
Hi. The veneer is Tasmanian Sassafras. Quite rare.The finish is polyurethane matt but i am going too put some gloss on the top soon just to give it a little sparkle.

Me too! one day. Although i think i will get a Nova when i upgrade. The convenience of one box is hard to pass up and they sound great for movies through HDMI too.
@@Mark-mj6qp Interesting! I'm thinking/looking to build a Troels loudspeaker and I have a Nova150 in transit from the states currently. Would be most interested in getting your opinion when you hook up the troels and your nova when you do...thanks.
All Troels Gravensen creations where the drivers still can be sourced (or where you yourself can source the drivers) can be ordered at Troels Gravensen. Troels makes these loudspeakers per order (custom made, taking into account your specific wishes).
Did you measure the speaker timing when you did the build? Or just came up with a design. The timing don't sound right to me. Nice speakers but something seems of. Or it could be the song you choose for the demo. But I don't think so. Yeah definitely a speaker is not meeting with the others. Theirs a timing out somewhere.
This is two different speaker build where you have commented on the timing. I have no idea what you are talking about. They are really good designs by a known great speaker designer. The timing is most definitely not “out”. It’s recorded on a iphone camera. You might be hearing reflections in the room also. They seem to be exacerbated when making a recording for some reason. Again, this is not meant to be a perfect recording just a media for someone looking at building one of these designs. There is very little out there for potential builders to go to.
