I think it's safe to say that trolls could potentially be the most powerful race, by their looks and traits they seem to evolve almost instantaneously. Consider all the humans and other races that have spread out across Azeroth over time making pilgrimage to various fonts of power and remaining exactly the same or developing a new class at best. Now take a troll and simply move him across the river and it's like a whole new species in just a few years. I think this is a trait that should be shown off in game, maybe taking arcane damage gives you 5% arcane resistance for 5 seconds etc etc. It would be neat.

Most of the other races was not naturaly build. They was cobstructs from tizans and cursed by the old hods with the fleshcurse. Maybe thats the different.

Until Cataclysm a small, unchanged tribe of Dark Trolls still existed in Mount Hyjal but Deathwing's forces killed them all.

Wrong! Elves only were capable of wielding powerful magics after stealing from the Loa named Zanza, stealing his tomes and creating a compendium called the Arcanum. Also, obviously not smarter then trolls, seeing how trolls know not to build their homes in a glorified treehouse.

Doron, you forgot the farraki in tanaris, which is a stones throw from ahn' qiraj. So 4 tribes, they are included in the council of elders in throne of thunder afterall

Listen everyone, here’s what the end plot of battle for azaroth and who made Sylvanas warcheft should be. The void wants Sylvanas's soul but each time she has die she has been resurrected by her followers. So the void lord knew the only way to possess her soul permanently was to have the mortal races destroy all her resources. So they devised a plan where they'd tell vol'gin in his dying breath that she would need to become warcheft if the horde were to survive the legion. That way, when she started her own agenda she would cause so much havoc the mortal races would have to unite to defeat her and destroy everything she possesses that way when she dies this time, she will be dead for good. If you like my idea please like and share it and help make blizzard aware of it.

Goblins are confirmed a unique native race unrelated to trolls but still influenced. They were a slave race under the troll empire until the kajamite under kezan gave them extreme intelligence enough to overthrow their masters. The sundering happened, the goblins took over their island after the troll empire collapsed and then they just sort of became the main force of trade in azeroth.

@@god6384 Pygmies are a native race to azeroth. Goblins came from pygmies after mimiron experimented on them using kaja'mite. He let them be where they were enslaved by the trolls while still in a primitive state. More exposure to the kaja'mite made them smarter until they became essentially as smart as gnomes. This has diminished over time but they became more greedy. They strive for technological advancement like the old generations but due to their lower intelligence are more prone to explosive mishaps. Their actual lifespan is unknown as well because all goblins end up getting themselves killed before they die of old age.

2:29 bud everybody forgets the farraki why is that? They were important enough to be on the council of elders in throne of thunder but no mention by you guys why? Zul'farrak is on the northern hills of tanaris, which is half taken over by silithid now anyway. But still no mention, nice job. 5 troll tribes, zandalari the original an progenitors of the others. Gurubashi, in the jungles of stranglethorn. Amani, in the forests close to quel'thalas. Drakkari, in the northern wastes of northern. And farraki in the sands of tanaris. Ye forget them for some reason?

The sand trolls are closer to jungle trolls than being a species on their own. Tanaris itself was once part of strangelthorn before the Sundering. Its how these trolls ended up there and why there are troll ruins in a desert in the first place.
