11:33 actually the issue is the opposite, he is 35%~~ winrate normally and he has a 49% winrate if he finishes the game with atleast 1 prismatic item, and 58% if he has atleast 3 completed items, people do anvil, just overdose on anvils to the point they sell their prismatic and grief themselves.

The Hearstsreel upgrade interaction makes sense if you consider the bonus health to come from an ability rather than being "item health". Why would it scale with Ornn passive when it doesn't with Sion W or Cho R?

because heartsteel is a item, not a passive. heartsteel scales with item health

@@fuxemup Well yes, but the extra Health that Ornn upgrade gives comes from an ability and not from directly buying an item so it would be weird and inconsistent if it was considered item health. They changed it from max health to item health to make it the same on every champ by not counting Health from their kits, that includes Ornn

@@kreeperkiller4423 Your just evil 😂Other than Swifties which most people never run anymore after the rework, this build genuinely not to be rude does NOT sound Ideal for any Ornn Builds. Sounds Fun and Very Troll to build this and kudos to anyone who can somehow make this chaotic build work. (Genuinely not trynna hate on the build btw)
