In today's video, I take my buddy Cody to Lake Erie to troll for fall walleye on a beautiful Veterans Day morning! It was his first trip out with me and we got him his first walleye ever, and it sure was a beauty! We had a blast fishing, a great way to spend Veterans Day! If you have served I want to thank you as it is because of brave men and women like you that gives us our freedom to be able to do the things we love to do, like fishing!

Thanks for the kind words! I am starting to try to talk more in the videos about my setups and depth, temp etc. As another viewer commented the same thing. I will be sure to make it a point to make sure I am making a valid effort in informing the viewers. In this video I am trolling cranks on Lake Erie. The producers for walleye were 2 on a Deep Bandit Firetiger 1 on a Deep Husky Jerk 12 Firetiger 1 on a Deep Bandit Grapefruit? Idk I call it parrot green lol We were in 15-20 FOW Catching them roughly 10 -12 feet down based on the Precision Trolling App The Rods I use are the Bass Pro Prodigy Walleye collapsible 8.5 FT The Reels are Shimano Tekota 500 The Line is 10 LB Trilene XT Mono Thanks for watching and good luck on your adventures!

Wouldn't it be great if the lake was like that most days? Have you ever thought to put the red flag boards on the port side and green on the starboard, to match your navigation colors? Enjoyed your video.

Thank you for the kind words! It would be awesome if Mother Erie didn't get angry like she likes to lol. Fall walleye fishing is the best, no heat, no bugs, bigger stronger fish it's a win all the way around! That is a great idea as far as the Flag's are concerned. I set it up the way I did as I think " Red Right Returning " in regards to the buoys so I put the " Red" ( Orange ) on the right ( Starboard ) side of the boat lol.
