I love that a player being toxic is wholesome to OSRS players. His first response wasn't to build the guy up for doing it but break him down for not being the first to do it.
@@LimpurtFan6969 That's not what I was speaking about, those were old accounts from rsc, when rs2 got released jagex adjusted xp levels that's why the original level 10hp in rsc (with no further xp gained) shifted to lvl 9hp in RS2 (close to level 10). I was talking about botters in rsc that got reset instead of banned, they got 1 HP that's the reason why there are LVL 1 acc in RS3.
@@LimpurtFan6969 Botter accounts did get reset to everythin 1 at certain points in time. Here's an example of 1 cmb account ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xcOF73Dd7YM.html
Honestly, it would've been hilarious if you got an infernal cape before doing this, so you'd just be strutting around as a level 1 with an infernal cape
i mean it's technically not impossible as you would just need to get lucky enough to never get one shot, but that would be really really unlikely. alternatively, he could've overflowed his prayer as well (i think) but that would also take a long time@@Kindreddit
Rendi did a video theorising how this is technically possible to pull off in main game, but because Soul Wars couldn't give enough xp in one go there you'd need to do Bounty Hunter instead and it'd take like well over 5 years
@@coofoo298 OSRS. Rendi is super clever at breaking the game. He managed to wrap quest rewards to get max attack in a day through Death Plateau and get into Mortania without prayer XP and break Fremenik trials to do it without getting any xp. In theory he could have got max combat in a day if he did an XP wrap on Fremenik Trials instead Death Plateau.
@@coofoo298 this is Leagues, a temporary gamemode. For a few months you can play accounts with special restrictions and up to 16x XP rates, which makes this possible.
Out of curiosity, were you able to use the trident after being overflowed back to 1 mage when you still had it equipped? Also another comment posed a good question along the same line, would things like the max cape be usable after integer overflow? I'm sure there is some kind of weird looking account you could pull off while also being level 1. Level 1 with a max cape equipped or something.
When he overflowed his mage level he still had the trident equipped, I doubt he could attack with it but maybe the features of the max cape dont have the same checks in place as weapons.@@frazerman1
I'm not sure if he could still use it, he wouldn't be able to hit anything. The trident's damage is based on your current magic level, so at lv 1 it would have a max hit of 0. The formula is (lvl/3) - 5
@@scrub3359 Right but the logic would be, if he could use the trident, regardless of it doing damage or not, he would retain the capabilities of the max cape while not being maxed if overflowing back to 1 somehow didn't reset the checks to use the equipment.
In rs2 one of my best friends made an account with b gloves torso and chaotic rapier then botted till he got rolled back to 1 every thing but still had all items equipped and could still use them also you used to be able to false equip items to get the bonus but not use the item so I used to kick holding a whip and get better str exp than anything in the game I miss the good ole days
Accounts with 9hp exist on rs3, from when RDS Classic changed over to rs2 the XP scaling changed with the change over in the games. Fast forward a few of these accounts made it over to rs3 to this day.
In RSC there was a period where botters had all their stats reset to 1, including hp and these carried over to rs2/3. There are a few examples still around but super rare. Anyway this is awesome, way to completely break the game!
I remember I was friends with one of them in like 2011 or something and he trained defence in soul wars so he could be the lowest lvl wearing bandos, kind of ruined his lvl 1 account not sure there's any left
Speaking of rare accounts. I had a dude guest in a clan I was in who was a HCIM with a red phat (RS3) Apparently, if you have a RSC account which has never logged into RS2, and you log into RS3 now, you can convert it to an ironman account. And for some reason, you keep everything you had in RSC.
Level 1s do actually exist in RS3 (not OSRS tho). Back in RS classic sometimes cheaters or botters would get their stats reset instead of being banned, and because at the time the small dev team forgot newbs start at 10 HP, some people got reset to 1 HP.
So strange that jagex didnt fix the integer overflow. They just have to add an extra check in the code for everything above 10mill xp drop or something.
It would mean adding a check to every single xp drop in the game, so maybe there is a performance issue with that, given it's never going to happen outside of something like leagues.
@piprod1 XP Drop is probably a generic function that receives it's XP value from the mob you killed, adding another if check to see if the XP is over 10 mil is pretty simple and won't affect perfomance whatsoever. The only way it *could* affect perfomance would be if increasing XP was a function that was updated every frame. But even then it should be a pretty small fps hit.
@@deleteTF Exp checks happen on the backend. They are headless servers (obviously). There's no FPS to speak of. And checking an IF branch every microsecond imparts zero performance if the result is going to be the same every time. CPU engineers have been doing very smart things for optimization in the past few decades. So no, it's not going to affect performance at all.
Iirc the only way to get that large of an xp drop in maingame is bounty hunter (rendi made a video on exactly this topic). A legit level one infernal cape account could be possible this way (get it at max cmb then overflow), but youd be spending years at bh to get there.
There is one more thing to be done with this xp overflow bug. No one in the history of runescape has ever obtained a burnt pitta bread. You stop burning pitta bread at 38 cooking but you cannot cook pitta bread until 58 cooking. It is theoretically possible if you start cooking an inventory of pitta breads then overflow your cooking whilst still cooking the inventory so you have the potential to burn them. Would be insane to obtain an item never before obtained in the history of OSRS
This is pretty much exactly what I predicted when I saw this account in a Behemoth clip, sick account lol I'd never have the dedication to actually go through with it but clearly you're built different.
When Runescape first came out you started at 9 hitpoints making you level 2, some rs3 accounts still have 9 hp and are level 2 but its super rare only seen one in my entirity of playing.
I've been watching ur shit unsubbed every now and then but seeing that 75% not subbed was depressing. Damn ok you got me, ill click it. Good shit my dude
fun seeing this video how it was done and the reactions, didnt know they were doing this leauge as a yearly. then i looked at the time of date on the video and was shocked that it went by that long ago. though as much as i liked playing 3 and 4. I felt burnt out imagining the idea of playing the 5th leauge. i no lifed leauge 4 with no guide and only gotten up to mithril lol.
Another account that has remained at level 1 is the user "Bad Checks" he has been at level 1 and 0 total (despite having other skills trained to up to 60) on the hiscores for months now
Great video! I hate to be "that guy" lmao but there are a couple level 1's on RS3. Still extremely rare and an incredible feat! 2 totally different ways of having level 1 account but i still love it
Lvl 1s have existed since runescape started. Had one myself in maybe 2006? there were different ways to not get the hitpoints or get them "rolled back" to 1. In osrs theres a lvl 1 named "“island"
Integer overflow does this on Runescape?! WTF?! Do you know how mad I would have been if I got over 200 million xp and my level went to 1... wait, can you still use all spells with Magic overflowed?! If you could do this in regular OSRS, you would be the most powerful pker ever.
