Everyone’s talking about how unsettling the “It’s in the water”, Velvet’s jumpscare, and how Rachel’s poem was. But are we not gonna talk about Barb’s cruel fate? She was literally FUSED with Biggie and trying to crawl away to escape. Her only way out was death via getting eaten by Midori (the infected rageon that was shot).
@@user-df1pv5dv2t Nooooo Barb, why did he have to die like that? She was cool, she didn't deserve that cruel fate, maybe the author of this story wanted to make Barb pay for her bad actions in the second movie.
The artist seriously needs to be a horror game character designer. This legitimately scared me and invoked strong feelings of the "fear of the unknown." Any time I see things like this concerning fungal infections, I can't help but wonder how a fungus is able to horribly mutate once living, breathing, sentient beings.
Must of The times, at least for what I know(That Isn't much really), this type of mutations are more for The horror and show of The story. But some fungus can lead to mutation, in most cases is more to adapt and help the fungus objetive, like spread itself or infect somebody. (Again, I don't know much of this topic and this Is just The result of The very low knowledge I have)

And she might hate him for causing their frame to collapse and sent to jail, but she doesn't want to hurt her brother.
I’m theorizing that it’s Veneer who’s responsible for the outbreak, could be that after who know how long of using the “Talents”, both him and Velvet had become addicted and were suffering from withdrawal, in a desperate attempt to help himself and his sister, Veneer used whatever knowledge of their parents being dentists and somewhat accustomed to medicine to cook up an alternative, but being in prison he botched the job, accidents creating the fungus, on low doses it’s relatively harmless, but Velvet being the entitled brat she is, overdosed and allowing it to mutate, releasing it into the wild through the sewage As for the reason why Veneer is immune, it could be that due to him understanding the danger of it, never took any more than what he needed for his withdrawal, the fungus simply became part of himself, for now
Velvet looks like nightmare fuel, BUT THE FACT SHE HUGGED VENEER WAS SO CUTE, ITS LIKE SHES SHOWING HIM SHE FORGIVES HIM FOR GETTING THEM STUCK IN THIS MESS

I have a theory on how the person who made this AU named it, *cough*, let's begin. As we know the disease is called the "Pontus Fungus" correct? When you look up the words "pontus meaning", you *should* be able to see the word is related with the word "sea" or "Black Sea". The BMS broadcast glitches out and starts to say, at the timestamp 5:18, "It's in the water." Another thing that might support the "Black Sea" part is the timestamp at 8:21. It shows a troll, laying in the water with a weird black fungus looking thing sticking out of it. This should automatically ring a bell, which supports the "Black Sea" theory. It also says that molding, is a sign of the virus. So, what is one of the main things that causes mold? WATER! All this evidence together, can most obviously confirm it comes from the water, right, we know that. This supports my theory on why the creator named it the "Pontus Fungus". 0:19 When I saw creek I was genuinely afraid I was gonna get nightmares. Because even tho it’s rare when I get a nightmare it’s like really bad ( like I know I’m in a dream but I can’t wake up bad. I have a theory that velvet died from his brother veneer is velvet that escaped from jail with his brother because in 13:57 she hugs veneer and that shows he is immune. Ok lets start about how velvet died, Tiny diamond was hiding away from velvet in 12:45 and it shows the green hair and her arms with her green bracelet, later velvet finds tiny diamond and was about to eat her in 12:55 until in 13:00 veneer shoots, before u ask "HOW DO U KNOW THAT VENEER??" Lets start a new chapter about him killing her In 14:47 it says "Tiny what did u see" then tiny diamond says a "tall man" in 14:56 then it says "with long hair" in 14:59 but in 14:59 it shows a tall man with the same hair of veneer Then it shows that he is holding a Gun.
I noticed that the reason why symphonyville and The reef fell first is because the reef is in the water that spreads easily and symphonyville is in the clouds wich have alot of humidity
Reason why the tech-no reef fallen is that the Fungus NEEDS moist or water areas to mature, so it can spread its spores to expand the disease. BUT rock island is hot enough to repel the Fungus from entering thanks to the volcano, Symphonyville. Not sure but maybe attempts to fight back against the disease but not to mention they have WINGS, WINGS!! Which causes their ultimate downfall.
I think it’s so adorable how Velvet and Veneer stay together, even while she’s infected. It just shows how she still loves him even after everything that’s happened.
My brother was telling me about this and its so sad but very scary at the part where velvet got close to the screen he literally got jumpscared and cryed all night lol i cant believe someone like you would do this girl this is amazing i can tell you did a lot of time on this keep up good work girly byee
I think for veneer and Velvet, Velvet was able to fight the infection from her mind and remembering veneer as her brother, but she wasn't able to get back to her regular form because of the infection
If I had a nickel for every Trolls AU that involved an infection, I would have two nickels.. which isn’t much, but it's weird that it happened twice. The other one involved some sort of fungal glitter thing. No one was immune to it.
Im gonna guess that Veneer is coming to Bergen Town and volunteer to give anything he can( notes if he has them if he thinks they caused it, experiments on himself, which can lead to further plot points) in exchange for some things such as. A.) A place where he and Velvet can stay together and she can feed. B.) Come hell or high-water, Velvet would be the first one to receive an antidote for the rageons if the first one created at all. C.) Avoid the death penalty if they caused it ( life in jail is fine.) Which can lead to multiple episodes like returning to the prison for notes or then seeing each other being experimented on and flipping out.
