yep, finally someone critical and honest with audio quality... (i like that 👍) some audio products has "audiophile quality trap" on em... compared to iem powered with high performance dap some tws only meant for comfort during commuting, blocking outside noise (anc features) and casual listening
Thank you and I do think that for the casual listener these are pretty good. But when you market it as an audiophile Earbuds, then we got to be critical about them 😁 but nevertheless Tronsmart has always been a strong brand,so hope their next release is a solid one 😁
After 3 pairs I have already bought I blindly go with Tronsmart Apollo Air since I am super convinced that at the price I get them (€32 I bought them again today) there is nothing else out there coming even remotely close to their music and call quality.
Tronsmart is an awesome brand! I've been using their Spunky Beats exclusively for 2 years and it gave me confidence to pick up another budget pair of TWS. Shame it couldn't have been another pair of Tronsmarts as I found an awesome deal on some Haylou GT6's and wanted partial in-ears, but I hope Tronsmart keeps bringing some dope TWS to market.
Hello, Obviously I am not Sean but I have both and I like the Haylou W1 more. The sound is better in my opinion given the correct ear tip. QCY T13 is pretty good as well with a polish app, better case and better battery life but even without an app the Haylou W1 just has that Knowles BA which is very good in clarity. In terms of build quality, I would give the edge to the W1 but just by a little bit, also the T13 has a better case.. Codecs also belongs to the W1 with APTX HD Adaptive and AAC while the T13 only has AAC. W1 is also more expensive than the T13 so depends on your budget. Just to be certain though Sean has reviews of each of these TWS, please go over those.
@Zahanzzz @Ryan Orig got it spot on! At roughly double the price, the W1 is superior in sound quality because that Knowles BA really does a fantastic job. Can't go wrong with Ryan's suggestion. One point to note on Aptx Adaptive, do check if you have a compatible device that supports it, else, you're probably only getting AAC (i.e. iphones) so that would be one of the key consideration. Some people might be excited because of the aptx, but may not have the device to support it =D
Nice review thank you on your Amazon link it says it has Aptx Adaptive so does it or not? That's the question for today. 🤔 No ANC or Ambient feature and the big design this is a swing and a miss for them thanks again much appreciated. 👍🇺🇸💯
Hey Sean i got earbuds tronsmart onyx prime today, but I cant update them through tronsmart app because after updating progress to 100% is update failed. I tried them reset and updating again 3 times without success. Do you have same problem?
