It's true, you can have some guy who is randomly targeted by a Woman who gets pleasure out of ruining peoples lives, and bingo, most guys that are targeted will be just that, ruined... They also tarnish Woman who have and are going through abuse/etc. 4X as many Women bully people on social media (The top bullying platform of the modern world) then Men, so yeah, we should be shaking in our boots and make sure to never take them off when potentially walking on broken glass... I am not saying for guys to never seek love/etc, but it is a scary word that we live in (For both Men and Women)...

Of course, solution always exists, but question is who will implement legal issues inc. laws, eliminate indifference of many people and many,many other aspects connected with these issues. If somebody kills someone everybody knows " he's murderer". Clear. Crystal clear. Jail ! If neighbor's kid of a bully parents is breaking Your windows, trashing Your yard, kicking Your kid, poisoning Your pet, yelling names on street, turning on radio, tv loudly every night usually You will get official answer : that's minor offence, we can warn that person, mayby we can issue a ticket. After a while somebody/hothead/ finds- enough is enough. Takes riffle, pistol and " solves" that problem forever. But that's not solution. Society just created new murderer. Is he fully guilty, or us too because we didn't prevent it ? But not with one law. Awerness, education, public stand based on morals,general kindness, but firm ability to deal with similar offences. Utopia ? Actually yes! It takes generations to improve! So, future is bright ? But we live now too !
