A 'Student University' campus type building would be cool for those who want to take their sims to Uni. They can make a 'club' and that could be their hang out for it/where they study. Since the University pack doesn't actually let you go to uni

everything is perfect but about the roof 9:13 you can use bunch of windows there then scale it down to 0.001 with T.O.O.L to avoid that 'wall' of the roof
