I feel this is a deliberate why would this happen now this doesn't happen until September to November.

I thought names were retired ? Maybe i was told that by someone. After it becomes a hurricane the name doesnt get used . I guess i was wrong. The same names appeared a few years ago

Live in Lousisana. Hurricane names are retired when they become powerful storms that cause a lot of destruction. That’s why you’ll never see another Katrina.
