They keep saying catastrophic, but I haven’t seen anything that’s been catastrophic except for a couple highways having a little bit of mud and water run through it but nothing huge or major nothing that a truck couldn’t drive over, so where is this catastrophic catastrophe happening that they keep saying because the only thing that happened where I live is light rain all day didn’t even flood the curb

Please Stop this nonsense! I’m in Riverside County.. We got a summer rain. Nothing to see here. I spent 2 days clearing my backyard of potential damage and tying down patio furniture for what? 4mph winds and a light rain? Yes! We got some heavier winds around 5-11 pm but, nothing crazy! A normal summer storm in the desert. Flooding in Palm Springs and Death Valley is normal when, this happens in August. (Almost yearly.) STOP telling the Nation we’re flooding!!! It’s pure nonsense!! No wonder people don’t believe the “News Media” anymore! Way to go👊✌️ TOO THE US of A… We are all good here in SoCal. Nothing out of the ordinary. YES! Some places will have some flooding, mudslides and road closures but, it’s no where near what they are reporting. Tropical Storm “Hillary?” A Hot sweaty wind bag! Nothing to see here!
