There's been a trend lately with weather people. They sound disappointed as soon as they realize they won't be able to report on mass destruction. And even then they sound to try to encourage the storms to grow and form for their Ratings.
25 years ago I know CNN reporters got paid from $2,500 to $5,000 per SECOND the cameras were on them. That's why they're obnoxious and have no problem lying to us on the air. Regular local news in station reporters in l.a. got paid $500 a day back then. So there's a reason why all reporters fight hard to get air time because it's extremely hard to get picked on top news stations.

i think the bigger problem is the gross people who get distracted by it and make it a problem to complain about. have you seen latina weather girls? this lady is dressed for church compared to them.
Hopefully this Alberto storm moves fast and just doesn't park itself for days on the area. But with that high pressure still locked in over the Midwest with the heat, not sure if it will get lifted out quickly.
