Interesting catch on the local side of this. I don't know if they still broadcast HF but I have seen videos of it very strong on the MW band. Specially from the oxford guy.

ну это сильно тебе повезло поймать Курск 107.1 рядом Старый Оскол 107.0 и Белгород 107.2 вещает Радио России , по частотам гениально просто выдали и под одну станцию)

that's the problem with those colour LCD displays. You can't see them in daylight
