What a coincidence! Last year at that same location, I got oil in my Toyota Land Cruiser Prado’s coolant. It was a serious issue and warranted urgent repair. We couldn’t go to Chitral on that day and returned back to Dir. A mechanic in Dir, get fixed the issue, and we made it to Chitral the next day.
