Simple troubleshooting for my new karcher WD1 vacuum cleaner that only run for 2 weeks. I just want to share how I fixed the issue. I found loose connection on the carbon brush causing the terminal to burn. Overall this product is still good due to its power.

*I read previous reviews of this and wondered. Once I got it and started using it - this is a great little vacuum **MyBest.Tools** Strong, multiple filters and attachments, well worth the money. As stated in previous reviews, where you wrap the cord/store the attachments is poorly placed. All else well was thought out and it works great.*

My wd3 vaccum pressure suddenly decreased . It was good yesterday . I checked filter it's clean . Sound is very low and suction decreased . What can be problem ?

Compare suction pressure with and without hose. Sometimes somewhere in the hose is choke. If no issue, check on valve inside just below the motor fan maybe stuck

Why my vacum still roaring, but not full already.. And does not function inhale

Maybe the hose is choked. Dtry disengage the hose and feel the pressure from the tank opening to confirm

Just align all the screw holes and you should not get wrong

Hello, sorry I'm not sure what lead you were referring to. In this video I soldered the terminals of the carbon brush.

what can I do, the problem is that my vaccum can't suck up garbage??? HELP ASAP .. im just fckup w my vaccum … not even a year has been broken 😡

If its running but unable to suck up, probably its just choke along the hose. Try removing the hose and test suction directly from the container hole
