Glad to hear their customer service was good for you. Mine has had numerous part failures since brand new and they've never returned my calls or offered to fix or replace anything lol. Currently trying to figure out why mine won't ignite this morning

do you need to vent that fridge,just bought the unique 10c and looking at their site states vented models are for canada,U.S is a standard model and dont have direct vent kits,im putting mine in a 16x16 off grid cabin

At the beginning of your video, I thought my cataract surgery failed! LOL I still can see though. I had the surgery on my left eye couple of days ago LOL! But those dang Chinese again! They copy everything! kinda of reminds me of a company in Missouri! But yeah that's good info to know thank you for sharing and God bless you!

I know you prefer propane appliances, but I'm still on the fence whether to get a propane or solar fridge here at my off grid cabin. How much propane would you say a propane fridge like that would use?

BBQ tank a month on Freezer set at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Frig can go almost 3 months on BBQ tank ( 20 lbs) Remember those appliances can run on 110v also.

Thankyou for this video! I was having the same issue with my fridge(unique 10c) I adjusted the thermocouple as you demonstrated and so far it is staying lit. The thing that concerns me is the voltage indicator in the front only goes about half way into the green zone. could this mean voltage is lower than it should be? Gas valve not opening completely? The fridge is only 1 year old and only used about 6 weeks all total. your thoughts would be appreciated Thanks!

You could move your thermocouple some more into the flame to get the needle to read more green

The pilot should be blue, not orange, if you tap it, it will help to clean it, the worse it gets then you need a small hose put water in your mouth and blast it the steam should help clean it.

I have the same fridge but it keeps freezing my food inside the fridge. What is your thermostat level at? Any idea why it’s freezing my food

How’d you get ahold of them? iv called all the numbers i could find and all of them lead to a voicemail saying i need to fill out a form online 🙄. I did and still no response. Cant find any replacement parts matching my older unique fridge parts number

Pull the part number off of the thermocouple.
