Omg thank you. My Bluetooth couldn't find the speaker. I looked at so many RU-vid videos but all failed to work. Finally I said let me speaker for sony speakers specifically. Finally got to this video. Did the hard reset and right away Bluetooth found the speaker again. Waisted 40 minutes until I found this video. I have the xb41.
My XB-40 suddenly cant connect to any of my devices which includes both Iphone 11, Ipad pro and also my Laptop. Ive done the reset button and also the factory reset method both didnt work. After the reset i turn it on, the power button light first then only the Extra bass and the front led lights up (Is this normal?) but the bluetooth will not light up. After i press and hold the pairing button the Bluetooth lights up but theres no voice instruction coming from the speaker and still doesn’t show up in any my devices. For now it can only work via AUX plug in. Plsss help me. Tried everything cant get the bluetooth to work!
Have the SRS XB20 and can't get it to pair with phone. Was not holding power so bought and replaced battery. Seems to be fully charged but will not pair with phone. Have tried all the troubleshooting and no resolve. Was a great speaker until it failed. Let me know if there is another solution to this issue.

Sony gtk-xb60 speaker. My bluetooth just stopped connecting. I cant find it on my devices, phones etc. I even tried resetting everything on this damn thing and still wont work. Any help??
@@mikestmoves1624 it still turns on. everytime I hold the function button in nothing happens it still blinks blue and doesnt come up on the list of bluetooth options on my phone.

I have a gtk-xb60 and before i will turn it on and it will connect to my phone right away without any problems, but idk what happened but i tried to turn it on and it didn’t connect. Every time i turn on the speaker it would make a noise and the bluetooth light will be flashing, but now when i turn it on it doesn’t make any noise nor does the bluetooth light flash. Do any of you guys knows how to fix this problem ? (the light around it turns on so ik the speaker still works)

I got one of these for Christmas, and it worked well the first two days. Even this morning, I wasn't having any trouble. But now, my phone won't even pick up the Speaker. Bluetooth is on, I've tried NFC, and it won't work with an AUX cord. This is ridiculous.

I just bought the xb90 a week ago, and it wont connect to any iphones, only androids. I’ve tried with 4 of my friends iphones(7,10,10 max,8) but they cant connect no matter what i try, my note 9 connects perfectly every time, do you have a solution?

I have this speaker since 9 months ago, it always worked perfectly until now. When I turn it on, the speaker just dont search for any connection and its paired with my phone and laptop. Its like the bluetooth just broke up.

Hi, I'm having all kinds of problems with my 2 SRS-XB32 Bluetooth Speakers.The app is extremely "finicky" when trying to pair and especially when trying to group the two together.And worst of all is that on several occasions after less than 2 hours of use they will go to half volume (battery saving mode?) and say "needs charge".Unfortunately they were a Christmas gift and are beyond BestBuy's return time so I doubt they will give me a refund.Any help here?Thanks.

My speaker( srs-xbo1 )was perfectly fine and connecting to my android device and now I got iPhone and it won’t connect and I tried everything from the video above
I'm in USA, own one XB60 speaker, but recently it's Bluetooth function does not works well , can not go go pair mode any more. Turn it on, the bluetooth light keeps flashing, hold function for more tan five seconds, the light does not change mode and no voice guidance. I tried reset and even go back to factory default setting, but nothing changes. Right now it can only work in Audio in mode. Please help to fix it. Thanks.

The phone pairs/connects to the speaker but cannot get any sound out of it. If we hook the speaker up directly to the stereo system with the cables it works fine. What’s wrong?

Anyone get their speaker where you turn it on after charging for hours, it then only lights up power button. Then the Bluetooth light comes on. After that the charge light flashes orange 3 times then it turns off. I can’t get it to turn on :-(

i wish i can also pair my xb30 and xb31 on a sony store. Im about to buy a xb31 today but due to i cant connect my present xb30 to 31 so I just stick with my xb30 :( I also did the steps i have search and other says it works for them. First thing i did is connect my phone to xb31 and clicked the wpc then i clicked + button together with add on xb30 and when i click party chain in sony app it says no other speaker can connect.
Not very helpful. Mine sometimes just fails to pair. When it does, no sound. And if there's sound doesn't last more than 10 minutes. This speaker is so unsonylike

When i turn on my xb30 it turns on the whole thing like the lights,extra bass and power but the blutooth light is not blingking and when i try to hold the power button the bluetooth light does light up but still wont connect,my phone cant search for it

This was so not helpful. I had been buying Sony my entire life. The last home entertainment system was a disaster, now their Bluetooth speaker stops working on me. Sony is a dead company, never again will they get another dime out of me.

My Sony GTK XB7 will not connect no matter how many of Sony's troubleshooting methods I try. Anyone who reads this save your money or invest in a speaker that isn't as shitty as Sony's products. P.S. Sony customer service is surprisingly even shittier than the speaker, yes I know hard to believe that's even possible.
