My 1979, kenworth w-9 had trans, and diff guages. Put new senders in the diff's, new hot leads, still wouldnt work, old head said to check grounds, i countered with, the senders are screwed into the rears...hence....grounded, he reminded me that with eight bag rears....and all the rear end bushings, i wasnt grounded. I poo pooed the idea, but tried it anyway's....guess what. ? Worked like a charm.
