Troubleshooting the FSA ID (Federal Student Aid Account Creation) 

I love these simple answers: "call the FSA information center" as if that's easy! I've tried calling and emailing, never got an answer. Never even got past the phone menu--bot just says they are overloaded at this time, call back later.

I am creating the fafsa ID , my screen is only till step 6 of &, when I try to submit to go to step 7. my screen dont submit
