Many thanks! It’s actually been a great learning curve targeting them on conventional gear. Gives you a whole other perspective that you can then use while fly fishing

Nice fish l was surprised when I saw you using a spin rod for trout and your mate was using fly rod I still like using a spin rod when I go to the Grampians but I seem to do better on fly there always like watching your shows

Many thanks Mark. It’s nice to mix things up in fishing as you always learn more I reckon. Have done so much fly fishing for trout it’s be nice to work them out on conventional gear again!

It’s been an incredible year for the southwest fisheries, definitely worth getting down that way and having a look around. So many options pretty close together
