They should've found a median for nerfing the mining, instead of just outright making it useless. All this did was screw over those who didn't take advantage. Plus it's not like it was cheap to do in the first place, the price of shapestone and bombs is though the roof.. And for the rest of the update, I feel like the biggest change that is needed is for the 5* to at the bare minimum give more than the lack luster amount they do atm.. As well as the stability and knockback to be lowered or outright removed all together. It's bad enough that we do no damage in the new delve, but throw in the zero gravity feel from being underwater in tandem with the outrages amounts of knockback... As someone who mains Dino Tamer, which relies on jumping above the enemies, the knockback pretty much makes it unplayable.

I like mythic gear being hard to get and living up to its name, but yeah now it is too hard to get the materials. I prefer how it was to get the cosmic primordial dragon. At first I was annoyed at how many crystalline cores I had to grind and how long I had to grind (before c5 update), but now that I finished the grind and got the dragon, it felt great.

Yeah, I am not saying, it should be like super easy. Working for it, gives it worth when you get it, so lets us work for it, but let it not be work work :D

I am an alpha and beta player. Missed 10 days since launch. All classes are 42k+ with some 45+. All have their own gear and gems and I've obtained 14 permas. Always patron and have everything in the cash shop. I know Trove. This update feels wrong. Not well explained. No devs giving directions. There is a lot missing. It almost feels like punishment for liking the game. I'm just going to casually play and progress through the update. Maybe drop patron from time to time. ....it just feels wrong. Take care.

@@sjackjrman It does feel wrong or rushed in some ways. I really hope, since it seems like you like Trove more then me, that you find that passion once again, when some awesome hits Trove again, I hope it does. You take care as well

I quit 1 week after rising tides i used to love grinding in this game over 1.2k hours but when i was grinding for the mystic gears i was only feeling despair so i quit before loosing my mind and its sad the delve and the new 5* was not bothering me its the amount to grind and the fact that some stuff is timegated.

A lot of people are feeling this way right now. So I 100% understand how you are feeling about it. I think, that they should have taken the L on box grind and nerfed a bit, but like they did now, and over all just let us have this, and do better next time. I am pretty sure they will fix this at some point, but how is the real question. Right now I am thinking on shop and real money.

I quit trove before crystal gems were released. It was way too grindy for me.

Trove died a long time ago for me, been ages since i touched this game now, and i used to have max mastery up until the geode update. Game pretty much died when Avarem left (OG lead developer) this game had so much potential so it's sad to see the state of it now

I 100% understand that, and game always changes with people leaving. I do want to say, that Trove have gotten some good updates since the OG days, but the state right could be better and that is what we are trying to do. If not, well then we tried and we move on.

i just find it baffling how for them its logical that we go from 12 mil dmg to 2mil only for our dmg to get to 3mil + with maxed mythic gear. Its a shit update. technically u get 50% DMG Increase from 2 to 3 mil but when u go from 12 to 3 thats just a JOKE

The little child in me really want to troll you and say "Just Get GuuD Dude" I'm terrible, I know. 😇 Jokes aside, it was almost painful to watch this. It was really interesting, it kinda sounded like rambling but upon careful listening I see that you're actually not. You are WAY, W A Y, WAY too kind, sensible, and apologized WAY too much for expressing frustration at what should be common sense stuff. One problem, the biggest imo, is the lack of communication between the devs and playerbase. This game still COULD be salvaged but its not happening: All indications point to . A real shame. The game has so much potential both for the company to make profits and the players to have tons of fun. But I suspect that at the core the company that bought Trove is only looking at short term gains before moving onto the next thing. Damn it, now imma start rambling. This game is many years old. It may be time to move on. I pretty much stopped playing when they stopped adding content on Xbox AND didn't have the good sense to communicate with players. This is after all a business and they simply neglected their customers. Total piss in the face. I'm done.

Hey Ponce :) You can troll me all you want, since I know you are just being funny, and not evil with it, but I am good, or so I believed I was, but I guess not :D Yeah, I know. I should just say it more as it is, but it is people jobs, and I would hate it, if someone was just being mean. Like I try my best at my job and not everyone is going to think I am the best at it, but I try really hard to be, and I hope that the Trove devs are doing the same thing. I don't know, since it might FEEL like they are not, but I don't want to be negativ about anything, if there is a other way about it. It is the communication for sure, and I really want the best for Trove and it is community, mostly the community. Trove is 100% cured, like it is a good game, like really good, but the devs on it, has always been kind weird. Even with Trion Worlds, we get like super great time when a community maneger steps up and do a lot communition with us, but it last a few months and we are back to 0 again, that is just the curse of Trove :D Thank you mate!

@@WahooGaming its not hard to understand what you mean, no one wants anyone losing their jobs. This is all about the game and its current state. I've said this before, the Devs have limitations, OF COURSE, thats a given as they don't own the company, they simply work there. The ppl overseeing them call the shots and ultimately make the decisions. When you or anyone else is critical of the content being put out it comes from a place of, *gulp*, love/passion for this game. Obviously we care, maybe too much, about Trove. Give yourself a break dude, and everyone else too, its only human to express frustration. I'm pretty sure that when most ppl "blame" the devs its pretty much a figure of speech. Most adults with a basic understanding of how the real world works understands that the devs do not have complete autonomy to do whatever they want. Only the mind of a child would believe that all the short-comings of the game are literally because of the "devs". I'm sure the devs are as passionate about what they do as we are about playing the darn game but they have, again, limitations. Continue doing what you do, the games course, its trajectory, has already been mapped out and I don't see it being changed by you or me.
