Crystal gear have light stats, which only give bonus damage in geode. Normal U8, U9 etc..it doesn't. So you're wasting a whole stat on each piece of gear, which adds up.
@@KhapriSun nah just any crystal gear, like the weapons you buy from the npc and the random drops in uber 8, you spend a pearl to unlock the fifth stat
They are still in game and you also still get them from weekly. So you dont need to do it before update. I did just craft all i had into shoes (after the update hit)
It will come late january or early february. There's no date yet on when console gets update, but they will announce a date some time in january when they know.
