Troy Indy Special - fabricating & design of the custom made, CNC machined, slatted aluminum grill. 

Raw aluminum slats are CNC cut, put together in half joints and spot-welded to be transformed into the grill for the Troy Indy Special. The grill can be painted, powder coated, polished or left raw. The grill is made to be installed and removed quickly via dzus fasteners.

The Troy Indy Special is a limited production, hand-crafted, aluminum-bodied roadster manufactured completely by hand in Northern Wisconsin. Limited production run to only 33 units that can be tailored to each individual owner's specific tastes for color, interior and options.
