It looks very clean. I used one in school when I was in the 8th grade. My teacher would get mad if somebody pressed enter, and the floppy drive would try to read a disk.

I remember looking at one of these in the early 80s in Tandy when it was on sale for A$2,000 and thinking as a young boy "how am I ever going to afford that"..........then in 1982 the Commodore 64 came out and my problem was solved.

Awesome TRS-80 model 3! Are you going to get sound working on it? You can do this by connecting amplified speakers to the cassette port and many games like Cosmic Fighter used this to generate sounds

Yes, I hope to. My plan is to install a small female stereo jack that is tied to the cassette output. I know the output is mono, but since most power speakers these days are stereo I figured that will be the best solution and I'll just tied the hot to both output pins on the jack.
