Because that totally could’ve been me, I was at this concert and I felt alotttt of anxiety right before I screamed “I Did!” But as soon as I did it I felt so great! To say that I have lived... that was objectively the best moment in that entire concert for me. Also the point where Tyler got jealous about how Josh’s hoodie has pockets and his doesn’t, ohmygosh that was an adorable moment and I loved it!!!

It's 2am rn where i live and this song came up in my top playlist. Untill last year i wasn't really listening to this band. I got more into their music, SO to my closest guy friend for causing that!! The first time I watched that video i didn't know it was their song. This particular video made me cry so much back then, now still does. I will always cry to this song. Most of you listening to their music, can actually feel and understand their songs on a different, deeper level. And i can't cuz I've never been in such place and idk how to word it without it sounding like a brag, cuz i really don't want it to be taken that way. I apologize if it isn't the correct way to put it. I really don't know how to. I know there are so many people fighting demons and extreme thoughts, and going through dark times, maybe alone, maybe not. I want to tell you all, that I see you, that I hear you all. I am beyond proud of you staying. Everytime i hear this song i pray with tears in my eyes. Prayers for the ones who keep holding on, making it to "tomorrow" and fighting on their own. And to those who got taken away. Praying for their peace in heaven and for their family and friends. Everytime i pray for a piece of me to be send to you all, who are trying your best. I was at the Vancouver show in 2019, I was sobbing during this. An arena full of people singing "stay alive, stay alive for me." I don't know if there will ever be another experience that will measure up.
