We travel down the Oregon Coast in our Lance 825 Truck Camper. This overlanding adventure was one for the books. We saw infinite views from the Pacific Coast Highway, stayed at some of our favorite campgrounds, saw the tallest lighthouse in the entire state, and hiked to a bucket list secret beach. We crammed everything we could into our road trip - volcanic sea stacks, tide pools, whale watching, massive chasms, natural bridges, and even an ocean geyser!

This video showed up on my feed so I gave it a look. Great video! I always enjoy seeing folks exploring 'my backyard'. I live in Salem and try to get to the beach as often as possible. I hope you get to come back one day. There's a whole lot more to see!

I'm disappointed. I was hoping to see where you guys stealth parked to sleep. I'm going out there in my Camry Condo this June, and am a bit paranoid where to sleep (took my seats out and put a mattress in the back, etc). I've seen some car campers park in woodsy area's with ocean views, but they never say where they are.

Speaking as someone who just did this exact coastal drive in my van - Do you know what happens when people post coordinates or an address for where they successfully stealth parked? The next time someone goes there, it's got signage saying "no overnight parking," and now you'll get fined if you're caught. Tons of stealth parking/camping spots have been shut down thanks to people advertising them on social media. You gotta find your own spots. You'll be able to sense when it's a spot you aren't gonna be bothered. You can also see spots where others are boondocking, roll up, and ask if you can join their plot. A handful of small local shops in rural areas allow free overnight parking (iOverlander has a few posted in the region) just go in the shop and ask first. If you're having a hard time, there's always walmart and travel centers.
