Police near Charleston, West Virginia, say the driver of a pickup truck fell asleep behind the wheel.
multiple surveillance cameras captured the vehicle as it slammed through a gas pump and started a fire. (April 20, 2007)

What really happened: There was a sign by the road that says "Drive thru pumps" - and this guy's a Pollack.

well I think they mean no formal charges filed, they probably investigating, normal procedures, they probably filed charges after that report
