I’m a company driver hauling oversized heavy construction equipment locally for 18 yrs. Great pay, OT, benefits, pension plan, life ins. the whole 9 yards. Trucking is a good job and glad to more of us out here. Be safe out here everyone
Long video doesn't matter but the information and details, depth of working in different categories of trucking , pay rates, their pros n cons , insurance forms ,,,I would say indeed an impressive video,,, I am looking forward to join trucking path as female and will try to experience in all areas like local , Regional, OTR ,however OTR is priority . Ups pay ....ups small package pay 40, ups supply chain pay 36 and ups freight pay 28 in illinois chicago. other states may be different pay rate. If u work weekend extra day they pay u double pay. And when they have peak season (bussy) they force u to come to work on ur off day and u cant refuse

In ups u work 60 hours every week. There are 3 different ups ....ups small package, ups supply chain, and ups freight. All these 3 ups have different pay rates. Vacation ups pay 50 hours pay vacation pay for every week. But have only 2 weeks vacation for first 9 years after 9.. 3 weeks. After 15 .. 4 weeks and so on.

Means if u work 20 yeard u get 2000 every month pension and if u work 25 years then full pension 2800 every month. Minimum work 5 years to get pension.
