Hello Mud Eaters. New subscriber here... Thank you for putting these up here. Man, that is some greasy mud in that clip. Not often a Tatra doesn't move. Tatra 813 is my dream truck.... And Kamaz. .. And Urals. .. And Zils. .. And Unimogs. .. And MAN... Guess you see where my heart is.
Hi Joe! I am happy that my shots are succesful. don't forget Praga. Don't know Praga V3S? Truck produced between 1953 and 1990 in Czechoslovakia. It was insurmountable in the years of this machine. My friend bought this truck. It had been standing in the garden for 10 years. Trees grew through it. New battery, a little fuel, and the engine was running in a while. And man, your heart is on right place!
Hi there M.EATERS. Thank you for replying. I totally love Praga as well. I just didn't feel like adding more to the list. MAZ, is cool as well. I know there are others as well. Even the tracked monsters. The trucks and equipment from your side of the world are as tough as the environment. Only to be followed by the people who live there. I am pretty envious of you guys and gals. We have nothing like the beasts you guys have. My father was born in Poland, but, came to Canada when he was 4 years old. The family ran to save their lives as many did, in the war years. I am 1st generation Canadian, but, proud of my heritage. I find myself wishing to be over there often, but at almost 60 years old, it will probably have to remain a dream. So, unless the Good Lord sees fit to help me get there, I will be watching You Tube videos about there, to satisfy that desire. I subscribe to many channels from you folks over there, including Olena UUTA. Once again, thank you for your reply and all your work. I look forward to many conversations with you and other folks from my ancestral lands. If you guys ever get over here for a vacation, please, feel free to look me up. Stay in my home. I know many miles of country here. I live in the province of British Columbia. In the Kootenay region. You can see our area in Videos from "Sport fishing on the Fly". Columbia river runs through our town. Peace and love to my brethern far away...
So you're a Pole? Be proud Slav! This is definitely one of the reasons why you like trucks. I like the poles, they're crazy. Right mad. They go to everything and nothing is a problem for them. Thank you very much for the lotgind offer. If I can get to Canada, I'll definitely visit you. But I admit that there are many other places before Canada on travel list... Have a nice time Joe! Tom.
Hi Ryan! It is true. The T813 is air-cooled with a fan. Tatra 815 exists with water cooling or with air cooling. Tatra 815 won six times Dakar in the hands of Karel Loprais from our country.
