there are some things I'm afraid I have to disagree with in the video. 1. A good quality helmet is mandatory if you want to save yourself. Low-quality helmets may break and their pieces may go inside your head. You can even see in this video that the cheap 500 rupee helmet had its outer shell completely crushed while the expensive one's outer shell even though damaged was relatively in better condition. A cheap low quality helmet may save you from the cops but do you want to wear it for your safety or just to avoid fines? 2. You said in a real-life scenario, the helmet slips and thus you can remove your head quickly. Well, that is being very optimistic. In a real accident, you would fall down from the bike thus already causing an impact and then your head goes under the tire. In a cheap helmet all the best, cz a cheap low quality helmet might not even survive the fall forget the truck going over your head. Now say the helmet survived, it won't slip that much. Also, you are wearing the helmet hence there will be a considerable weight which would likely not slip at all plus even if it does imagine it slips the other way round and this time it's your neck or chest under the tires. 3. Lastly, a lot depends upon the outer shell and the padding that the helmet has as those play a vital role in cushioning the impact.
