TruckersMP Admin Special - Have they ruined TMP? [ETS2 & ATS] 

Truckersmp is not recruiting the admins properly ... the admins have very much ego issues ..XD

From my experience the admins have no communication skills and just jump straight to a kick or ban.

I got a 7-day ban for driving to slow on the C-D-road, forcing other players to brake abruptly or overtake into oncoming traffic. I was driving 70 (speed limit for trucks was 60) on the "Simulation" server. I appealed the ban but since i couldnt show own footage of the incident and apparently the moderators footage wasnt showing enough of my driving, i had to accept the ban. really looking forward to scs-multiplayer, never going back again on TMP. Most of their staff is only abusing their position for power and to their own benefit. EDIT: And the community is fucked up too... everyone wants to be the fastest and drives like there's no tomorrow, causing crashes, traffic jams and road rage incidents. Too many little kiddies driving arcade style in simulation mode because there are the most players they can annoy.

I remember all the admins acting like power-crazy kids years ago when it first became popular. I played again for the first time in a few years about a month ago now and they seem the exact same. I know of a few that are older and stream on Twitch and you see them making objective judgements and trying to investigate the source of each player complaint, but those admins are rare.

One day I was the pilot car of a convoy like you in the video and I put myself exactly like you to let the trucks pass : I took a one-month ban for blocking traffic while only one truck was waiting behind me without horn or anything. Really idiots these admins

TruckersMP admins is very broken, they banned me for 1 week cause of inappropriate overtaking/ reckless driving and I managed to not crash to a person while doing the overtake and in the meanwhile there are hundreds of people that are more reckless in the road and still get a way with it with a kick. -_- They don’t even communicate with people they just straight ban them, their not even giving people a chance or a warning. TruckersMP is doing a bad job at hiring admins, the admins their hiring is very ego. This is the reason why I stopped playing TruckersMP.

There are several admins who are quite responsible in following the rules, but with this video clearly there are several who are not and those of TMP should recruit more experienced personnel

This is all admins fault. They dont talk to the driver before kicking/banning them. Mods lash out their ego on drivers by banning them for a week or months. TruckersMP recruits mods of no experience. I got banned by a mod for 1 week and 1 day (This was my very first accident, and the mod didn't take that into consideration) he is a mod who joined last month. I dont want to beg the mods who have no-life and sit on the chair staring at the computer all day, and have no real job. I have my self-dignity and I rather accept the ban other than beg to these low-life fools. After all this I dont think that anyone want to donate them money XD

I love the part where an admin says "Its a rule for users" with this he wanted to say that he can ram other drivers as well? Well wtf delete that kid from staff team with a month ban so he can read the rules again. Because if u use tmp that means you agree with rules and other things. Its there for a reason.

Played once, admin rammed me on intersection when I had priority road, guess who got banned for a week.

I was driving 50-60 km on CD road and right before the train stop some troll decided to block the road. I didnt overtake him in fear of ban cause many of players are driving there just to record others and ban them, but there were getting a traffic jam and they were spamming horns on me so I decided to overtake the troll and drive further. When I started to do so the troll started too and I've got kicked from the server and insta perma ban. IMAO Admins are psychos in truckersmp. Its not the multiplayer game for normal people.

I think the main problem with traffic around admins is, that the most players have the fear to make a little mistake and instantly get kicked or banned. Another reason could be that some players just like to stay near an admin because they like them? I don't know and also can't apply it to myself.

The Admins need more training courses where they can learn all skills to solve Problems like this (CD Road) etc..

Admins dont follow rules and if they hit you who will ban them?

I got banned for sitting in traffic on the C to D road but some pleb thought it was me that was blocking everything but he doesn't realise his PC is a microwave so trucks in front of me weren't shown on his screen. I tried to explain to the admin that banned me but no he said I was blocking traffic so I called him a bellend and haven't played since.

This is why I don't play TMP anymore. The admins are just honestly a bunch of adult kids who love nothing more than to boost that they're an admin. TMP as a whole has honestly gone to a bad route. I remember playing it years ago, nice staff, nothing stupid, and as soon as they added the caravan's everything started go down hill. Now TMP decides to add loads of cars and vans, but yet when people suggest truck mods of which the game is based on, they claim is takes too much space and increased the download time. Yeah sure, it does, but isn't that what everything that they're adding now doing that anyway? The space is just really only on the server, like what? a 5mb mod thats barely anything lets be honest. Granted that when downloading a mod it does put pressure on the server, but if you compress the mod file to something smaller, it would effect their servers less. Besides, ever since SCS released their own MP for ETS2 and ATS, the servers have become less full as a result speeding them up. But overall in conclusion, the truckersmp community can be absolutely amazing, but the TMP staff needs work on, and TMP's decisions to implement certain things into the game. TMP will never be the same as I used to play many years ago, and that makes me sad.

Yeah, some of the admin "tools" like teleport to service or kick makes no sense sometimes. I also got teleported to service but for no reason (by the road rules and signs). Admins are here just for fun, only some of them are useful.

ATS online is dead because of over moderation. They used it as an opportunity to pretend to be police and drove all the players away. Good job, you burned the whole thing down just to rule over the ashes.

I’m sorry but when you showed the part where you blocked the road with pilot car on ATS that is not allowed pilot cars can NOT block roads for any reason to let convoys through for any reason the convoy itself unless instructed by the admins permission to run reds or proceed through so if I coming where you were blocking I would have every right to proceed and the convoy would have to wait for me your lucky the admins don’t use this video against you why there is rules for a reason

The mods i have met are cool. But then again i only play ATS. It's not as congested

I got banned for speeding on the autobahn the admin litteraly was following me for 10 minutes straight so i thought lemme use my Speed hack ( 120 kph) and bum i got a Perma ban because i was vibing on my own. + No one was near me

they don't have common sense usually but for me, the biggest problem is the ban duration they give.

On ets2, they created a 20km long trafic jam and they banned me because i fucking went past him. See you in 2 weeks

Hey hey! Former staff member here. I think 90% of the admins featured have either been kicked out or left. Memduh got kicked out, as did Lorena. Almost all have disassociated themselves with TMP as a whole ;)

Hey, former Game Moderator of TruckersMP here. I went to look up any videos regarding the mess of TruckersMP and I came back to this one. I thought I would be over TruckersMP by now but I do miss playing it which I have been recently but mostly on Promods now. I still can't stop thinking about the position in the team I use to be in. Especially with the knowledge of it all and how I was treated by the GMM. It's still insane to me that even thou I was working for them for free nearly spending everyday doing I still got treated like I had the opinion of a player, for an example being greatly insulted and lied to. I completely understand why a lot of players who post there regards about TruckersMP hating the fact that the community is a joke when it comes to simulation or as they call them the 'admins' which are the Game Moderators as they abuse their power. In this case I will need to defend the admins (Game Moderators) here because yeah we may seem we are randomly kicking and banning players while driving with red and blue lights (which is not what's the positions is about) all the time but players really do not understand the job of a Game Moderator, because we have rules we also have to agree with that players don't have to follow. Most of my our decisions and discretion are instructed by training and management. All Game Moderators have their opinions and whether we make decisions that benefit players or not we eventually get told that we 'should' have done this or this was 'correct'. Whatever our team leaders (which are picked by management) say we must do or risk being kicked out. I'll definitely tell yah that my team leader does not care when I mention things that shouldn't be right. I had to do things that we're really unfair and made players become aggravated with me when it came to the appeals. One thing players think is that we only moderate in the servers, well that's ain't true since most of the work is consisted on the website. We are constantly doing the same thing over and over again, reading the same Goddamn excuses from players whether it be why they accidently broke a rule due to negligence or they wanted revenge against a player that affected them. Like literally when I am reading appeals I literally copy and paste replies because it was tiring to always have to explain what they did wrong and explain again in more detail if we have to respond a second time, but it is worse when players keep making appeals not stop. In other words we deal with so negativity and crap all the time, like for an example police officers in real life. We basically build this wall against most users because we know what a lot of them are like and a lot of times choose not to care for that reason. However importantly I do appreciate users who actually understand their mistakes and take rules seriously. The rules play a big role in this mess and I do disagree with the portion of players who don't take rules seriously when they agreed to them during registration. It's just a constant influx of new users coming on to our simulation servers creating accounts without looking at the rules so they can just earn their cheat generated money and buy the best truck possible and recklessly drive on the C-D road. Even as a Game Moderator I even got sick of this too and the work (they say it's voluntary but it feels like a job) nearly took up everyday. Not only we could have some spare days but when you are doing the same thing all the time and you are just driving your head to process the same crap all the time it can become addicting and it make me work better and harder more accurately to what the management expected of me and I even wanted to keep them happy. But as a content creator their was absolutely no compensation with my RU-vid channel that I had nearly lost back in January 2021 with only one copyright strike away for simply doing report moderator work that gave me copyright issues when we had to re-upload footage that users sent in when they also did something wrong. That was during that time I got promoted to a GM. I could explain on and on but from here it is just too much but basically in a shorter description I ended up being this former staff member who was labelled by the GMM as doing their work for personal gain and was eventually insulted and lied too by them. I'll say this whatever we do as Game Moderators as you call 'admins', the Game Moderation Managers are responsible for the mess that they have caused. They tell us what to do and because of rules we agreed to that still apply to us even if we leave or get kicked out it is difficult to explain to users this stuff. But I hope you get an idea that it's not the 'Game Moderators' that ruin TruckersMP it's the GMM. They need to step up their fucking management when you see people swearing all the time in game and the mods have no problem at all with that… fucking joke

Even in 2023 everything is still the same and I think it's even worse, the admins don't have common sense, many of the bans they give are not fair despite somehow they want to and they always manage to put a broken rule whether on purpose or not they don't want to know. It even seems that they receive a salary for the amount of bans they give because there is no other explanation for such a lack of respect for those who really like to play ETS2 with real people and not with AI. I'm honest I've never donated anything to this community because I think even if I'm being honest it's complete garbage the biggest part of the administration I apologize to those who really are human beings and understand the side of the players who don't have a banning hammer on his side. but truckersmp management is really rubbish and looks worse with each passing year. it's really a shame. cheers boys.

That’s the reason me and my friend deleted our TruckersMP Accounts I wouldn’t recommend going on this cos players especially on ETS2 are abusive and admins don’t do anything about it when you report a player the admins don’t do anything about it comes back saying the player you reported has been denied or something please sent us video evidence so if anyone is interested in playing ETS2 and ATS don’t waste your time on this mod cos it’s a joke and a Official SCS multiplayer is coming

The first thing is that no one is perfect and you judge everyone. You can’t judge all admins like that when there are so many nice admins. The second thing is that the GM work isn’t that easy as you maybe think. It’s a lot of work.. The third thing is that when you blocked the road and then got teleported to service, the reason is that you broke actually 2 rules. One of them was blocking, the second one was the innapropriate overtaking or better reckless driving. I think you can be happy that you just got teleported actually because you could get banned. And I know there isn’t many people on the server, but the server still has the rules and you still have to follow the rules even if there was 2 people on the whole server.

Yep, sadly they assign braindead kids to be admins and you can't do anything... Most of my bans are complete jokes, but whatever i do to proove im right, the admin never listen. There isn't an admin that will admit he is in fault... As i can see in this video, they also brake rules and act like they are something more than the rest of us.... Pure jokes..

lol! I got banned after trying to escape from a troll, chasing me down the highway/trying to tip my trailer and truck. Did my best to stay ahead of him, however, once he eventually got in front of my truck (as he had no trailer and was just cruising) this guy blocks the single lane road heading towards the service station heading off an overpass. No surprise as to why I needed to get my vehicle repaired.... I got banned for two weeks because of reckless driving/blocking, and the troll got off free. Awesome

i got permanent ban for (wrong way driving) but it was overtake with car...

I agree except for the "Causing lags" parts (they only take 5 fps away), they are parked there to make people drive normally and follow road rules. 1:45 The admin wasnt parked there. The admin was probarly rammed and got stuck like that. He is probarly reviewing the scene right now and gonna ban the person who reported him. You litearly say anything without knowing the background of it... at 6:23 I believe that you were in a real operations event. Where emergency vehicles obviously need to get to the crash scene or something. at 7:02 you are the one blocking right there and talking about "if the police car wasnt there I might have made the turn". But the admin didnt do anything about you turning? You were the one blocking because you dont know simple stuff about the admins on tmp. But blame everything on the admins.

got banned for innapropriate overtaking but there was this massive hill where you couldnt even see the trucks coming since i don't play with the map on i didnt know some trucks were coming my way and i over took a truck and got banned for 2 weeks, tried to appeal the ban but they just rejected me, i told them if they could shorten it since i have no other game as enjoyable as tmp and they said no. good work TMP admins. didnt even talk to me before getting banned

Most TMP admins are dumb and need replaced. Thats for sure. Have not played since 2017 (-ish) and I'm glad I have not gotten back in yet.

You can't judge all the admins like that. There are so many admins who are friendly and engaged with the community. Also you were either complaining about really tiny things or your driving was just bad.

I'm registered on TMP since November 2016. I never had a ban, except 1 day for Insulting in my first week. Never had a ban for driving faults. Never got kicked for driving faults. Only got AFK-Kicked or kicked by mistake in a traffic jam. It's not hard to not get banned or kicked

Im not a admin but i think the reason of the admin are not on tab is because if players are ON cd road and theyre like "oh, no admin on tab i shall overtake people and ram" and after admin caught them then they get banned from admin

Agreed, just got banned for 10 days, for colliding and "reckless driving" because in game truck physics made it impossible for me to stop, but a clear attempt to stop. I also have a clean record. Would have agreed with a one day ban at most but ten days is bs, because now I am at risk of getting disciplinary action taken against me in the vtc I work at.

In 4:17 you are breaking the rules, you're blocking. You should try to read tmp rules, all of them. You were luck, u weren't kicked from the server or banned.

Last example: you 100% wouldn't make this turn, there were cones anyway, also you drove in front of that guy and didn't go back so he can go, you were standing in front of him, also in the first example the same situation: everyone stands on the shoulder, if you drive c-d road you should know that, admin wasn't blocking the traffic, he was standing normally like every other player

About the "so you can't report me* - you're right 100%. About everything else such as wrong way while having beacons on, you're wrong 100%. Please remember that a TruckersMP admin with beacons ON is equal to the road police in real life. They can take the fastest way to solve a case no matter if they're on correct side or wrong way, especially if the correct side is driving slow.
