As a precaution, if I may offer a suggestion, when using load bars be careful when you put the top one on first, the bottom one may spread the side panels enough to cause the top one to lose grip and fall, those things are both awkward and have some weight to them. All beer loads I ever did were at least 40k lbs. I felt honored that my company actually trusted me with that much 🍻. Mainly loaded in St. Louis and Cincinnati. Strange how people in the wrong get so angry like the way you pointed out to thar driver pissing on the pavement. I don't understand people
I’ve hauled allot of beer from Saint Louis. Sometime over 45K in weight. But that’s all in the Midwest and on flat ground. Definitely wouldn’t have taken that much though Pennsylvania.
I've hauled a lot of beer 🍺 One place I hated was Miller Beer out of Florida you have to go pay $900 for a wood support frame to haul there load the others like Coors cardboard that they provide 👍
I especially enjoyed this video. Not only was the scenery amazing, but you delivered up from where I used to work , Southshore, just over the sketchy railroad crossing. I believe on this one, shipper was bullshitting me and the broker. They are lucky it was late in the day, otherwise I would have canceled this load and looked for something else.

Yes sir you're right I'm running a lot of heavy loads and overweight I have been with companies company driving and they start having troubles problems with them they're making that extra money on them heavy loads then they're just spending some of it out a third of it out on a truck repairs😮😊
@@OTRBandit you got t luckily I took the first load off in Denver and then had to go on the Oregon and then on this side of Seattle and that big hill there man it was it was scary but it was fun and it was scary funhat right I had to go up for once the Oregon through Utah and Seattle on this side of Seattle Washington
I’ve never had a shipper check any kind of permit before. I did have them check expiration date on the drivers license though. And even when you go to pick up tanker endorsement load, they don’t look at your license.

hopefully, you made it out OK out of that mess down in Oklahoma. I was never very close to tornado thank God. I was in plenty of tornado warning areas and places that have sirens go off.. actually on Monday night I was in Springfield MO and they had sirens go off so I just drove down to underground and stay there for a couple hours. I hate freaking tornadoes
Fun fact the original Pennsylvania Turnpike was 360 Mi long and had seven tunnels, it was completed on October 1st 1940, it took 23 months to build the entire Turnpike but yet that 10 Mile Stretch that you drove on I- 78 they've been working on that 10 Mi stretch for 8 years and they're not done with it yet. what has happened to this. country.

I hear what you are saying. I have saw loads of lumber on flatbed that was supposed to be 25 thousand lbs and then the gross weight turned out to be 88 thousand pounds. Brokers and shippers some of them are crooks. Then another load of flatbed wood that was going from Ola Arkansas to South of Dallas. The wood was hard wood pieces for making charcoal. Once again it was overweight so I went by my house and cut a few pieces into firewood and then I was legal weight. Once again a broker and shipper tried to take advantage of the situation. The New Yorker learned how to piss on the parking lot by watching the illegals and the homeless in New York city. New York is definitely a place I will never go back to in a big rig. New York and California I won't go back to in my big rig .

Possibly. But in this case I think it’s the shipper. They tell brokers one weight and then they add more weight afterwards. So on this one I believe it’s the shipper who’s playing games. I may be wrong though.

Did not even ask them for more money. It was too late in a day to reach anyone on the phone. And once you’re loaded and unloaded, they will never send you anything extra.
