Trucking from Wisconsin down to North Carolina 

I was highway patrol for several years before I went to traditional police work. I always thought it was insane how many hoops truckers have to jump through and then have to fight to abide by them when there aren't any places to stop and rest. My Sgt. told me one time to run the truckers off the entrance and exit ramps saying "they weren't supposed to park there" damn well knowing they didn't have any other place to stop and were just trying to do the right thing by not going over their hours. I just looked at him like he was crazy, said yes sir, and drove right by every driver resting on the ramps at night. It was always nice to deal with the actual professional drivers that took their job seriously. You represent your profession very well.

I love these road videos! Best out there hands down. Beautiful scenery-- great sound track! There is nothing easy about this life. A lack of sleep-- plenty of hurdles- imposed by others who do not respect truckers all that much ! Yet you make it all work- impressive.

Gunna keep saying it: The headcam is real nice. It's like we're in your shoes when you're backing in and doin' whatever. Makes this fun to watch. Plus, your truck is so pretty and all those gauges. Mannnn

When you get passed n the gorge, it's usually by someone that runs through there regular..like that Holland truck that passed you before the tunnel.

Had you gone to the Midway exit just up the road they usually open parking. Exit 115 I75/64 has McDonalds to the left off the exit and they have truck parking or along the street. Once you get on I64 there is like 4 lanes and to the right plenty parking for trucks or take the 1st exit south of the split and all kinds of truck parking along all the motels and stores just to help you out next time.

I passed my Class A CdL road test yesterday!!!! Make sure you guys stay off the highways lmao 😂

Sorry if I missed this in any of the videos...... what's under the hood? I love your videos, they bring me back to my youth in the mid 80's driving a 1984 359 Pete with a 3406E Cat with straight pipes and a 13 speed. Always spent my time waiting to load or unload polishing aluminum and chrome.

Love your channel, I drove out to NC a few years ago, Old 40 is real bendy out that way, whereas its flat out here in KS, I just got my CDL yesterday, been a lifelong dream since my dad was OTR. Keep up the awesome content.
