I love these old photos. Over the years I got to drive most makes of vehicle, but sadly never got to drive an Atkinson,, Sed-Ak ? yes but not an original
@@truckinghistorymydiecastco5274 Lucozade trunk vehicle near the start "Hooray". A lot of the lorries featured were know as a "governor's" vehicle. Cheapest possible spec with no extras for the drivers comfort. Many did not even have cad heaters!
I passed my driving test in a Wall's Commer, 2:45, the first time I'd ever driven one, it was the only vehicle available. Till then I'd only driven Fords.
