This Trucking Game may not be a view from inside the cab, but it's the most realistic physics that a truck makes where you get to understand how to truck operates in reverse. American Truck Simulator (ATS)and European Trucking Simulator 2 (ETS2) are the best trucking games that you get, and I recommend that you play them, but my game is created for people to just get used to reversing a trailer.
I have heard from so many users that truck schools across the country use my game and use my videos to show their students how to back up.

And remember, keep your speed dead slow, slow truck, fast hands and your trailer will be more responsive to steering inputs. The biggest mistake I see drivers making at truck stops and docks is they care to much about the impatience of other drivers. Take your time and you'll get it right the first time!

I've hit the hole many times in one shot with no pull-ups. Those times all have the same thing in common: Slow and steady.
@RandomPerson-nd2ey
@RandomPerson-nd2ey 2 года назад
Yes, exactly! If people just relax, they will annoy others a lot less because they will get in faster. Slow is fast and fast is slow.

This is the best answer. just slowly and without haste, no matter how long it takes you, just ignore others, until you are 100% sure that everything is as it should be. and if you need, don’t be lazy to go out and If you nedd 10x to check your right and back side not to hook someone.

First time in an artic today, nervous as hell on the way up to Scotland as I knew I'd be reversing onto a bay when I got there. Studied this video in depth beforehand, followed the instructions when I got there and it made it SO much easier getting it onto bay so thank you for doing this vid 💪🏻

I second that emotion. After years of drinking doubles. Now retired. I'm the person who backs up and gives you room lots of room. Not fun being stomped by an elephant. And I like my Chevy. The Cummins weighs more than my entire car, with me in it. I have a great skill, I get the hell out of the way. I've found when I do, I stay healthy.

@@shannonharris9695 Once you realize that if you make it 90 degree the tractor-trailer angle then you can pivot the trailer around one point...(while dragging some tires sideways) to back into tight spaces... And using T junctions to turn around when lost... Life will be easier...

@seanb2605 Год назад
@@electricaviationchannelvid7863 isn't that bad to do for the truck?
@electricaviationchannelvid7863
@@seanb2605 For the tires it can be bad...depends how many axels you have, axle spacing, heavy load and road surface...You can get the tires off from the rims with a heavy load high angle manouver on a dry pavement...or you can rip up the pavement if it is more soft...These are the things that you can not teach to an AI...

At my job I am exposed to a lot of tractor trailers. So e of these guys are really good. Even with trailers on both sides, they pull right up and back in even with not much room to pull forward to try and straighten things. A lot of the other truckers, though, they take 10 minutes or more constantly pulling up and backing up. I remember a lady who was so nervous she almost broke down crying. Another driver from another company spotted her and guided her back into the dock. One of the most heart warming things I've ever seen. ❤️

Been driving for 4 yrs flatbed and somehow I missed this channel this is absolutely perfect thank you for making. I can typically get into right spaces pretty well but with lots of slow calculated adjustments because my set up is a little off, or maybe the space in front is tight or maybe the spread is a little sporadic but these might help me dial it in and get more smooth thanks for the videos this is great

Once I was in my car and a truck like this one was manoeuvring carefully to do such a move. It was a busy street at rush hour and because of it, there was a long line of cars that were stuck. I was the first in that line. Once he succeeded, the driver looked at me with a face of embarrassment, as if he felt bad for preventing the cars from circulating. Then I clapped and smiled, hoping he would understand I was genuinely impressed by his skills. Then his face lit up and he was happy. Good job, truck drivers!

one thing to note is watch your cables when cranking hard, my company locks the 5th wheel all the way to the back position, so if using a continuous supply cable (the curly one) it could get caught under the mudflaps during your first turn

When I was in school we called this a 12 and 9. Backing is usually the hardest and most stress inducing thing for a new driver. Like anything though once you practice it enough it get easier until one day you wake up and it makes sense. I always tell new drivers you need to learn the size of your vehicle and the angles needed to accomplish your goal. Unfortunately you won't always have the space for this type of back.
