Sad thing is there some unknown artist out that sing traditional country music. Its about fast money for the industry. Artists make more money from what I've heard making their own cd's and promoting themselves.

I have been a loyal fan of Heather and her music for more than twenty five years, and I will never understand how she has not become a major star. She not only performs superb covers of country music standards, but is also a great song writer as well. Long may she continue. It would be great if she could visit the UK to play some gigs.

A great song written by Ralph Mooney and Charles Seals, although there are some people who say the lyrics may have been written by Paul Gilley, a ghost writer for many country artists. Ralph Mooney was a great pedal steel player who played for Waylon Jennings, Buck Owens and Merle Haggard and appeared on many studio albums. This lady does a great job of it.

TO true I just cannot listen to modern C/W A load of screeching screaming shouters ? I have been a life long player and singer of C/W accordion /guitar / singing yodelling 91 now , thanks to you tube I can be transferred back to the HALCON days of our mour music !!
