They gamed the system. YOU SUFFERED it's Consequences. Why am I telling you this? Simple, because you can see a DIRECT Correlation between the Price Per Barrel, and the Price Per Liter. NO JOKE. Look it up yourself. At one time, if it was roughly $30, $40, $50 per Barrel, it translated to roughly 30, 40, 50 cents per liter. Now (Today) it's roughly $75-80 per Barrel, yet it's $1.50 to $1.80 per Liter depending where you are.

Exactly,,,,,, if the price of crude goes up $5 a barrel the price at the pump goes up 10 cent a litre but the price of crude can drop $50 a barrel and the pump price drops 10 cents. How does that work?
