Great video! I'm one of those rare unicorns who can be in my own head with no music during a race. However some good metal or rock is great for a serious climb. Hope to see you out there one day.

Awesome video, very relatable. When winter comes, it's time (for most) to hop onto the trainer ;) How do you train in the fall/winter, mostly inside/outside or a combination?

thanks for sharing. one thing that i noticed, is that there are races that all categories start together (if the time of the race are the same). this can be dificult as some of the higher categories start to push very hard and you start following without realizing that they are not on your category... .. Just something that might be helpfull for others.

How do you connect that bike to tv. What exactly do you need to buy. What’s the price point? Is that like a PlayStation?

You place your bike on a smart trainer such as a Tacx Neo, then connect that smart trainer to another device such as an Apple TV, a laptop/PC, or your smartphone/tablet. You can then connect that other device to your TV. I believe most Zwifters (say they) use an Apple TV.
