Exactly, I get pissed off when watching videos of judges going off on someone and locking them up for 10-14 days just because they "disrespected" the judge.
My father once told me. "Son it's not that marijuana is a horrible drug but it's the horrible people that you have to go through to get your marijuana. Some of them would murder you on a drop of their hat and sleep like a baby two hours later".
The family basically put all the blame on the healthcare system and police in the documentary. Never once did they take any of the blame for knowingly leaving a firearm around their son they knew was a mental case. Especially, after his own family had to call the police on him how many times for attacking them?

He had pathetic parents. I dont care how wealthy they are. He took away four humans. And then buried them 12 feet on the parent's property. Most of us have heard that people who do this start off doing it to animals. His parents knew he was unhinged. Shame on them. Money can't bring them back, but I hope the parents of the victims sue Cosmo's parents. Especially since they probably won't face criminal charges. Rest in peace to those four young men. He wasn’t some little kid. He was a young adult. The parents had nothing to do with it. And whether or not they raised him right, some kids don’t retain any of what their parents tell them once they hit their teens. A lot of kids will grow up and follow the word of friends over family.
I'd bet big money he was on some kind of pharmaceutical drug through childhood. Probably Ritalin or some other ADHD drug. That deranged behavior is a known effect of those drugs.
Wtf? Asssuming horrible things about someone you know nothing about, someone who are also victims in all this. His parents were failed by the pathetic western health"care" system. They tried everything they could. He went from being a nice kid to becoming violent and delusional after he hurt his head in an ATV accident. You should read the Phillymag article about how much his mother tried to get him help and how she feared for her life because he became more and more unstable and violent. He went to lots of different mental institutions and the parents tried in so many ways to get him help, but the psychiatrist thought his bipolar disorder was in remission and took him off the drugs. He commited murder the day after. Go read the article and stop assuming things about good people who are also victims. I feel so sorry for the mother! She did everything she could, and yet she is being called a horrible person by ignorant hateful people like you. Shame on you!
What bugs me the most is when people technically have "great life's" *a house, no money problems, owns tons of land. YET they throw it away FOR WHAT! So many hard working people struggle to afford to get by with today's most basic cost of living. Yet these monsters throw it all away, destroy other people's life's.. How much a person has has nothing to do with what kind of person they are. Look at the last 3.5 years. All the massacres, murders, looting, chaos, violence are being committed by the black communities all day everyday across every city in this country revealing who they to become rich without having to work for anything. I was born in raised in Solebury and lived on Aquetong road as well. I never knew Cosmo but this story was haunting and surreal and NOTHING like this had ever happened in our small community. A true tragedy and my heart breaks for the families of the young men who died.
We just finished up watching the series "Forensic Files". I was shocked to see how many wealthy people, doctors, ect. and police that commit murder and got caught. If you haven't ever watched the series, I recommend it.
Like the r*pe victim (in Alta. or Sask) Canada who reported the doctor who'd assaulted her and was then further victimized in the court of public opinion for daring to accuse a reputable figure in the community. But even after the doctor tried to cover up his crime to eliminate himself from suspicion and inserted a one of his patient's blood samples into a catheter and into his arm so his DNA wouldn't match, the victim didn't stop because she knew the truth and after a long, drawn out battle for justice, she sought to have the doctor tested again which proved he was in fact, guilty of the crime. It was also featured on "Forensic Files". It showed the footage of the doctor during the initial blood testing, trying to hide his upper arm from exposing the catheter he'd inserted. The doctor was convicted of r*pe. He was a husband and father to a little girl. The victim is a hero for not giving up to see justice prevail and to keep this "pillar in the community" from r*ping his patients. 💓💜💓
I love crime shows my favorite is definitely first 48 on A&E I’ve seen every episode my wife and kids used to ask me why do you like real life murder show I said it’s not the murders it the cat and mouse game they have to play especially with no real leads and 95% of the time they can put the puzzle together and find the killers I know all the cops in the homicide division of every city. one of my favorites is Jason white from the Tulsa homicide division first 48 is a great show

So let me get this straight...the parents knew there was a mental issue becuz he was supposed to be on medication but he stopped taking it...and no one noticed? Please tell me why the minute those parents had to call the police on him for violent behavior, why didn't they immediately run to get that gun and put it in a safe in unknown location??
Because being on medication as a young adult is for the most part if not all your own concern. Taking your medication isn't something a judge required you to do.
Everyone usually scared of scary mask and ghost..but what scares me , are people that look normal, dress normal, people that live next store to you, but are evil.

I always wondered and thought it was kind of weird when media calls adult victims/criminals “boys” or ”girls” in order to drive home that they are innocent or a child when that’s not the case.
Aged 19-22, they died before they had even started their adult lives. They might as well be children. You really dont realize just how innocent dumb and naive you are at that age till you grow some more and that never stops. Im sure 20 years form now ill look back at my life now and think "how dumb was I and how did i manage to get here from there" They may not have been children in the eyes of the law, but soldiers arent children yet we often say we are sending children to war when we send 18 year olds to battle.
I remember when this happened. There were rumors that Cosmo had something to do with it. I didn't know him personally but a few of my friends went to school with him. I'm glad they caught him and his cousin. I cannot even imagine the pain the families of the victims have gone through and will always go through. The boys should be less protected than the girls overall but yea I agree in theory. The country has gotten more entitled and that leads people to disconnect from humanity and think about only themselves. This leads to narcissism and inflated egos.
I'm getting the same way with my 4 and 2 year old. I look at people differently now, and having friends will not be an option, only in church and at my house.

This case disturbed me. The way one of the boys died truly haunts me to this day. Probably one of the most horrific ways I think any person could die. I didn’t know any of them personally, but I grieve for these 4 guys. RIP young ninjas

I live not to far from where this happened. This story really bothered me because I felt like those young men did the same things my friends did around the same age. Just getting pot from someone you know from school or from a friend of a friend. Especially in this area I mean It’s pot so to think your gonna be killed for it is literally insane. I know they never would have seen this coming until it was to late. My heart goes out to the families.

Lived in bucks County. Theres a young generation of Italians imitating NY/nj mafia life combined with a gangster style emanating from North Philly. Their problem is they don't actually have street smarts because they live rural/suburbian life. This is my generation, i lived here for 5 years (Bensalem) but moved back to NJ because it just felt like a dead end area.

@@bricaaron3978. It depends on your perspective. From a neurological standpoint, our brains aren’t fully mature, until somewhere in the mid-20s. Before that, many lack impulse control and rational decision making skills. The age these guys were when they died is around when those I grew up with started reassessing their decisions and truly growing up. Yes, there are a few exceptions, but most young people have made bad decisions. It’s sad that they didn’t have a chance to grow and mature, as people. To someone who has seen the things I have and lived to tell the tale (or not), the victims were kids.

I've listened to the full confession, the killer describes Tom's last moments as he killed him with the backhoe. It's the most chilling thing. I highly recommend you listen so that if you ever find yourself in a prison across from this fella, you'll know what to do.
My brother in law worked with one of the kids he was really devastated, he would cry everyday mourning his loss, he would try to give him advice to stay out of trouble will drive him home and will tell him if ever needed anything to not hesitate. Rip to these kids….

You can tell disturbed soil from soil that has been not dug . Doesn't matter how much you try and pack it down, it takes a long long time to settle back. Archaeologists can tell by looking at the ground carefully where post holes were dug and filled in many hundreds of years ago.

His parents will use their wealth to get their son off claiming mental illness; but, they will have to sell off all of their property and leave the county, probably the state now that their son is a confessed serial killer. The best they can hope for is to have him declared mentally ill and unfit for trial. If I were the parent of one of the victims, I'd SUE for every penny I could get. I've never sued in my life; but, those parents need to be punished too for allowing their son access to guns knowing full well he had stopped using his medications. This was definitely premeditated. I am disappointed that they took the death penalty off the table. He definitely is a candidate for the death penalty. He took the lives of four young men. He plotted, planned and executed his plan. He needs to forfeit his life now and not be a burden on the state for 45 years!

Not only did DiNardo shoot all 4, but one of them didn't die right away, was paralyzed from the gunshot. DiNardo finished him off by running him over with a tractor. Cold, heartless
The dogs are usually overlooked in the role they play in these cases. Dogs are astounding, intelligent, loving creatures. They are far better than we are. Yet million of them are euthanized in “shelters” after human beings abuse & abandon them like trash. We don’t deserve dogs.
