Ive owned mine since May and it arrived without pedals, a battery charger, and a smashed headlight. As of today its a 90lbs paper weight because the cheap CHEAP motor gears have been stripped. I've ordered a Bafang rear motor literally to strip its mechanical parts. $400+ and a week long waittime for what couldve been a $20 replacement if they used the same gears as any other brushless rear motor. Im going to a bike shop to spend a little more on a reliable brand name instead of buying another YOUNG and getting angry, sad, and ripped off.
I have your step through fat tire e-bike and love it, but I damaged the rare rack. Can I buy a new one from you I could not find the option to do so anywhere.

What's up with the angled bend on the rear upper V part of the frame above the motor, dual bulb headlight, closed end luggage rack and contour handlebar grips? You customized? Just ordered one and did not see those things in any of the pics.
