no it means that he won't be forgotten which is a flashback to what dr. hirluk said during the drum island arc "When do you think people die? When they are shot through the heart by the bullet of a pistol? - No… It’s when… they are forgotten!" Oda's foreshadowing is insane.

Highly doubt Roger has one. He was the biggest enemy to the World Government ever after all (during his era at least I know Dragon is now). They probably burned off his body or something. Remember the Marines originally wanted to keep Ace and Whitebeard's bodies as a display to show other pirates not to fuck with them.
