Hello. These days people are just weak minded and lazy. From my contry this one guy go to prison in Brazil. In 10 years he train 3 times a day from monday to friday. The food was 2 cups of rise and some times some little extra stuff but it was really rear. Water 2,5 liters a day. Calories was around 500-800. He get procres too, could do 1000 push ups per day etc. Some other crazy stuff too but because I don't know this guy that well, I don't want to talk about. Mindset is a fucking big thing! Maybe it's the key to everything...
