Introduction Fire is boldness, hunger, passion for the word of God, prayer and evangelism. It is the catalyst that advances the kingdom. LOVING JESUS is Fire. You are responsible for the fire. God provides the fire, you provide the sacrifice or ensure the fire keeps burning. What makes people lose the fire 1. Fear of losing the fire Antidote • Ensure you don't see a future where you don't see the fire. • Always picture a day in the future where you are more hungry and passionate for God • The fire of God is not geographical; you can be on fire anywhere and anytime. 2. Keeping wrong association and friendship that kills the fire Antidote • Create environment to sustain the fire because fire thrives in an environment. • Guard your eye and ear gates as they are windows to the soul. • Do away with the friendship, social media that don't encourage the fire. • Get structures to fuel the fire (materials, associations, friendships, fellowship meetings). • Get audio messages, books, videos and attend fellowship meetings that keep the fire burning. 3. Undervaluing or not valuing the fire Antidote • Value and prioritize the fire • The value you put on the fire of God determines the sacrifice you make for it. • Be ready to lose anything or anyone to sustain and guard the fire. • Be ready to grow the fire at whatever cost.
