It's been so long so I kinda forget, but the gist of it is that the first one (that only said echocalypse) is SEA version while the Scarlet is global Global has censorship, SEA doesn't Global more generous, SEA kinda hardcore, both are p2w anyway if you want pvp But it's been 6 months since I play this game, think might have change now, idk
