This to me is a highly skilled job... to be able to do pattern development, whether its lobster backs, square to rounds, transition pipes or any form of development takes year's to master... Yet what do we get paid..... Peanuts.... 34 years in the trade, aerospace and general, done some huge 6mm silos over 60ft long and 10ft diameter down to small intricate aerospace parts that need to be in 0.02mm in tolerance yet we get paid just £6 above nmw in the uk... And kids straight out of college move straight up the ladder with no job knowledge and become managers 🤬🤬🤬🤬
