Having played him a couple of times already: He feels like a powercrept Ruby. He offers more damage, more CC and more sustain than her while having slighty less mobility.
@maelstorm infinity Never compared their overall dps overtime, but I do think Fredrynn has more burst damage, which is far more usefull than overall dps.

Ahh yes fredrin. Definitely best as jg or exp. He easily got me from epic to mythic, along with few other mages and aamon... He's great especially in solo q. And also not many people know how his skills works because of low popularity. Its an easy cc lock once you have a target. Deals a good amount of damage and his sustain combined with a support like angela, estes or raf he's an absolute nightmare. If you have good mage, or dps and a roam by your side it's an easy gg.

@@Saffreuge good for you then! I tried several times as a roamer but found it to be more reliant on whether the mage & jungler follows me up, that’s why I prefer Jungling / Exp Laning. But I do agree with your last sentence, all of them are locked to death, especially if I bring Petrify with me, good luck escaping 5 CC 😂
@@Sonia-lo2pr Agreed... even in certain cases when the damage dealers are brain dead incompetent, I can at least soak up some skills and ults for when they decide to go in. Plenty fun. Fred is the kind of tank enemies can never ignore
I love how at Tommy’s burger they put mustard on the burger instead. It pairs well with the chili and cheese and gives that tang with each bite. You can dip the fries in the extra chili and cheese and skip buying chili cheese fries, that’s a hack you can have for free
The reason why his Popularity slowly declined since release is because, simply put, most players prefer a Hero that has lots of attack or burst, too many hot heads, Heroes like Fredrinn and tanks in general require some patience to play and smart thinking, he can't expect to just go in, score some kills and get out in a flash, you have to know how to actually manage yourself and understand his Ult has conditions, it won't be available immediately and needs you to be low HP for it's full potential, that's something mostly tank players or sustain fighter players really understand.
beto here is a tip i hope it will help when you build up the crystal energy aka the gray thing when you take damage, when you build it up your ult hurts more
This video gave me a solid reminder that Fredrinn is actually a solid hero. I have not seen a Fredrinn in my matches get above a silver medal since his release.
Fredrinn is one of the most versatile heroes in ML right now, he can jungle, he can tank, he can roam, he can do both side lanes. My favorite thing to do is use vengeance plus blade armor combo and watch those MM kill their self because they are not paying attention.
Nice G as always. Lucky to have a decent team mate in solo queue. As Dyrroth main i like facing fighters that can go toe to toe like Thamus & Masha. Fredrinn will melt just like most fighters. No one can survive his full combo Fatal Strike from Spectre Step Petrify Abysm Strike Burst Strike then goodnight.
If I'm not mistaken, there's system call dodge system where you can skip the match if team pick 3 or more same role. It is hard to trigger. That's why sometimes wheb it don't triggered, the team end with up 3 or more same role...
@@TheMnabil96 there's no dodge in mythic. on lower ranks 3 one type(not hybrid) is enough and harley going jungle doesn't change his mage role( idk if has a secondary assassin role)
Betosky i think you should do this combo in order to perma cc the enemy with fredrrin.Use 2nd skill (make sure it hits the enemy)+use the taunt (don't use the enhanced basic atk first because it has a little bit delay)+use the enhanced basic atk.Btw thanks for playing my favourite single-handed hero.
This is nice if you want to make a set as a tank or if there's a burst mage teammate behind you. But for the most damage imo it's better to use both skills before taunt for the cd reduction and gain stacks faster.
I only have played him Once and he was op Only problem He is No Match For long Range heros And High Burst In terms of Long Range Luo Yi,Valir,Yve,And etc Not sure in High Burst category Since he Can Be Built Half Magic resistance half physical But it depends on You

Fredrinn did get nerfs tho they lowered the damage conversion of his damage taken to damage of his ult in exchange for faster crystal energy and lowered requirement for getting his 3rd skill and ult.
more like a buff now stacks don't vanish completely in midfight also his ult has higher base damage and i think even faster animation which is really good
