To have a “moderator” previously make multiple comparisons of one candidate to Hitler, one of the most extreme historical figures in recent history, hosting the debate? That’s insane. I think we’ve all become desensitized in the past 8 years and have accepted how weird things have actually gotten. 50 years from now I wonder at what point will historians consider the start of whatever crisis is coming, whether it be Civil war, WW3, or world economic collapse.

definitely the pandemic. Even though its not true, its definitely going to be what historians point too. I love freedom toons and thought the moderators would be horribly partisan hacks, but the rip on Tapper and Bash didn’t age well. It was the most fair debate moderation we’ve had in a long time.

Trump denied it, and most fact-checkers confirmed it, but some Trump supporters have shown old videos where Trump appears to be mocking himself or mocking Ted Cruz in similar ways, and therefore some people conclude Trump sucks at doing impressions of anyone.

Watching this after the debate, the moderators were not nearly as biased as they could be, mainly they did their job while Biden impersonated a corpse.
